The Dark Overlord is one Spider-Man's most powerful enemys, he fought Spider-Man in New York and beat him by throwing him into a power plant, wounding Spider-Man, including his arms and legs being broken, only fast medical attention saved his life, leaving Sider-Man unable to fight for 2 years, using a robot he made to fight for him, Dark Overlord destroyed the robot by crippling it with electricity to burn out it's system, Spider-man fought again, being outsmarted by Dark Overlord when he tried to web swing kick him, Dark Overlord dodged Spider-Man and Spider-Man crashed into a steel wall, crippling his legs once and for all, Spider-Man had his legs replaced by clone ones. Dark Overlord powers are to control darkness and has great telepathy, able to posess people and control them, and can communicate telepathly, and can read peoples' minds to great extent, knowing any future actions that person will do, he can control an army of people, he can also control anything that is living, like viruses or tigers, he also has telekineses, able to lift anything up with up with his mind, even stars, he is near invincable and can withstand a black hole, he can teleport anywhere he wants, even across the Milky Way, he can also levitate, his final power is to summon an army of the dead, to what number he whats. he is also the one of the evil beings in the universe, as he entered a galactic war with the army of light, his army is consisted of his army of the dead, he has also uses some superbeings, either possesing them or they willingly joined him, it consists of Docter Doom, Venom, Crimson Dynamo,Toxin, Magneto, the whole Brotherhood of Mutants, along with some superheroes, like Wolverine, Jean Grey,a portion of the S.H.I.E.L.D. He also built an army of robots, mostly to protect his bases, and his Dark Fortress
